Joe Gibbs Racing says Chris Gabehart previously deleted texts with Spire co-owner Jeff Dickerson 'including at least one' that would have been relevant to the fact discovery order.
JGR believes Spire Motorsports is using JGR trade secrets right now and wants an expedited trial.
