(Please excuse me if this is not the right place to post this, I just could not find if you have International Section)

I would like to invite you to 11th National Club Ford Meeting!

The 11th national Club Ford Meeting will be held 30 August - 01 September 2013 in Pleven (North of Bulgaria).

We have reserved Pleven track for our weekend event, where we are expecting on Saturday to have quite serious and massive Ford racing, combined with entertainment for the audience and many surprises.

The waterfalls of Kailuka, Storgozia, Panorama and many more ... inevitably will be occupied and taken over by Ford fans.

We have information about the hotel accommodation - hotel Balkan, Pleven.

Prices for accommodation and dinner at the Hotel Balkan, with negotiated discounts (which are also given for other similar gatherings of other car clubs).

1. Prices for accommodation in Hotel Balkan:
1.1 Not renovated rooms excl. breakfast (bed 100/200):
- Double room - 44 leva (for club members 38 leva);
- Single room - 32 leva (for club members 27 Leva).
1.2 Renovated rooms a "standard" excl. breakfast (most beds are 120/200):
- Double room - 50 leva (for club members 43 leva);
- Single room - 35 leva (for club members 30 Leva).
1.3 Air-conditioned renovated rooms excl. breakfast (single room with bed 130/200, the double beds are 120/200, the bedrooms are at least 180/200):
- Double room - 58 leva (for club members 50 leva);
- Single room - 40 leva (for club members 34 Leva).
(Prices for rooms)

Children up to 12 years for accommodation on a bed with adults are free of charge.

Additional bed is placed on request in the room with one bed single/ double rooms with air conditioning and a standard and not renovated double rooms, extra bed is charged 50% of regular bed in a room with two beds.

There is parking area, but with limited capacity /30 cars/ and there are regular subscribers, which means we can not determine spare capacity. The price is 6 leva per day. Outside this area there is space for parking and is free.

Breakfast is buffet type and is from 7 to 10 am, costs 6 leva, payable at the the reception.

2. Menus for the gala dinner (Saturday evening) in Balkan restaurant are as follows:
2.1 Children's menu - one stuffed pepper, chicken (in small pieces with sauce), mashed potatoes, bread, cake- 13 Leva.
2.2 Option № 1 adults - Shopska salad, grilled pork steak, steamed potatoes, bread, ice cream cake, a soft drink and water - 20 Leva.
2.3 Option № 2 adults - Shopska salad, grilled chicken chop, steamed potatoes, bread, ice cream cake, a soft drink and water - 20 Leva.

The remaining consumption is ordered and paid directly by each individual.

When and How you can make your reservation - will be announced separately.

Reservations can be done by writing - here in this topic, in private message to me or sending e-mail to [email protected]. You will be provided in a message with a bank account details to make the payment. After making the payment you must write an e-mail stating payment is done and will then receive a confirmation from CFB representative.

You must include the following information:

room type (not renovated, renovated, air-conditioned renovated):
number of adults:
date to check In:
number of nights:

Iskreno, meni nije bas jasno kako renovirana soba sa klimom kosta oko 20% manje od renovirane sobe bez klime a nerenovirana 2/3 kreveta je samo 1 evro jeftinija od renovirane jednokrevetne?

Hello, here is the program for 31.08.2013 for the race track

Timetable and rules for competition for the 11th National Meeting of the CSF (31.08.2013)

9:00 -12:00 - Italian chasing.

12:00 -13:00 - Lunch - Club Ford Show - cars are arranged - walk around and pick up your car of the show. Karting as an option.

13:00 -14:30 - Master Drive
• speed section
• snake
• parallel parking
• U-turn
• reverse parking.

14:45 -15:45 - Pushing a car
(teams consisting of 3 people, pushing one car distance 20m). Competing on two teams simultaneously

16:00 -16:30 - Award Ceremony

16:45 -17:45 - Ford column - Tour of Pleven.

NB. We have 4 cars already registered from Romanian ClubFord! Come on... don't wait to meet with more ford fans

Just a few days before the 11th National Meeting of Club Ford Bulgaria let us disclose some more information from the "box":

Competition Day (08.31.2013) will end with a "Ford Column"- a tour of city of Pleven, which will take place with the help of the Moto Pfohe Bulgaria.

There will be several competitions and spectacular ceremony (during the party 31.08.2013) in the respective categories:
1. Award of Club Ford Bulgaria for The most technically proficient and helpful forum member 2013
2. Award of Club Ford Bulgaria for The most skillful moderator 2013
3. Award of Club Ford Bulgaria for Car of the meeting 2013
4. Award of Club Ford Bulgaria for Retro car 2013
5. Award of Club Ford Bulgaria for Lifetime Achievement 2013
6. Award of Club Ford Bulgaria for Best foreign car 2013
7. Award of Club Ford Bulgaria for Car audio 2013

Expect a lot of adrenaline, pleasures and various prizes.

But let me leave some to be surprised at the meeting. 11th National Meeting of Club Ford Bulgaria will take place courtesy of a few companies which inspired by the enthusiasm of Ford fans will make this event even more exciting to be involved.
