Do you have meetings of the local club fans like us every week for a cofe and chat ? I would like too learn more about your country as I can't see almost nothing of it just driving on the motorway when I am going back home to Bulgaria

I wouldn't say that there is not much to see here... but then again, my esteemed colleague above is driving the wrong car, so please forgive him.

Try to change the route next time you return to UK and follow the Danube I don't know if it suits your plans, but route via Iron Gate gorge (Джердап) is one of the nicest driving roads Serbia has to offer. And not only because I live on the one end of it. Enter Serbia via Монтана-Зајечар road (Връшка чука/Вршка Чука border crossing) or Видин-Неготин road (Брегово/Мокрање border crossing), then follow route via Кладово, Доњи Милановац, Голубац, Велико Градиште, Пожаревац, Белград and onwards to your destination.

We don't have such regular meetings, but a lot of our members are also active in other car related activities, so there is a group of people that meets in Belgrade almost every Sunday. Several times a year we have club meetings, usually at some camping spot, but sometimes they are also held in a more urban location. Thanks a lot my friend I am in Uk now and will be driving back to Bulgaria in October so I have time to plan my route where to enter Serbia and Bulgaria ,

If you plan on traveling the other way, watch out for the fallen rocks in the right lane (avalanches are frequent, less chance of it being in the lane farther from the cliff face)

Depends on the place, many would happily accept euro or direct you to a place where you can exchange the money, but it would be a good idea to have enough local currency (dinar) in cash with you, just in case. There is always a possibility that the owner may be afraid of the penalties for accepting foreign currency, or that the exchange place does not work, or that they do not accept cards, or what have you.

..or to give you bad exchange rate just like some change office in Nessebar or Sunny Beach..

it is verry expensive at the seaside in Bulgaria for us as well , that's why I go to Turkey with my friends verry cheap and nice
