Lampica ABS ne svetli Mondeo mk3
Izvinjavam se ako sam promasio temu, ali posto se radi o cajgerima imam jedno pitanje, da li za ABS lampicu na cajgerima kod benzinca postoji posebna sijalica koja se menja iz table ili je zalemljena SMD dioda? Ne mogu lepo da ocenim sa ovih slika... Kod mene ne svetli uopste lampica za ABS nzm iz kog razloga, a ABS funkcionise sasvim normalno.

ABS lampica ti svetli samo kada sistem nije u funkciji - citaj kada je ABS neispravan

Zar ne bi trebalo kad se da kontakt da se upali i ABS lampica kao i sve ostale lampice na par sekundi i da se ugasi? U koji god auto da sam seo do sad uvek se upalila ABS lampica na par sekundi kad se da kontakt i ugasi se za 3-4 sekunde...

Pa na to sam mislio, jer ABS radi najnormalnije kad prokliza, ali nikako se ne pali lampica na kontaktu, pa me zanima jel to moze da bude samo do lampice ili do neceg drugog?
I zanima me jel postoji posebna sijalica za ABS ili je zalemljena SMD dioda? Ne mogu sa ovih slika lepo da ocenim

Pošto nema veze sa promenom osvetljenja na tabli napravljena je nova tema.
ABS na tabli je SMD i treba da svetli prilikom kontakta, tako da ili je crkla SMD LED ili je problem u tabli.

Izvinjavam se jos jednom za temu...pa tako sam i mislio, jer ABS radi normalno, ali lampice nema...skinucu tablu cim nahvatam vremena, jer ne rade mi ni ona dva tastera na cajgerima, za resetovanje kilometraze i ono drugo, nzm iz kog razloga ali ne rade

Slucajno sam naleteo na ovu temu, pisao sam vec u mojoj garazi o tome, ali ajde kad vec postoji tema da dodam, mozda jos neko ima slican problem...
Kada sam rasturio tablu lampice za ABS nije bilo, neko je odlemio, zalemio sam diodu na njeno mesto i vratio tablu ali lampica je svetlela non stop, ne gasi se, tako da sam je ponovo odlemio, i tako jos uvek vozim, da naglasim samo da ABS najnormalnije radi na svim tockovima.
A na tabli ne radi i onaj taster za resetovanje kilometraze iako sam zalemio drugi taster. Tako da moguce da je nesto sa tablom.
Jel ima neko ideju sta moze drugo da bude ako ABS normalno funkcionise?
Inace danas sam pisao Vuckiju, cekam da mi odgovori, vrv uzimam drugu tablu od njega pa da vidimo sta ce da bude.

Obavezno, samo moracu na neku kvalitetniju, bio sam kod drugara i nista nije pokazalo, ali njegova je neka univerzalna, a ja imam ono malecko elm preko blutut-a tu sigurno ne bi pokazalo za ABS, tako da moracu da prikacim na neku kvalitetniju. Ali ABS 100% radi kako treba, i sad dok je bio ovaj sneg palio mi se ABS svaki dan po vise puta, sve normalno radi.

E pa onda je sve ok, nista mi ne pokazuje, i to je malo bolja verzija elm-a, imao sam neku jeftiniju i nije miradila dobro, ova je skroz ok.

Za početak savet koji sam ti dao odavno, zameni tu tablu pa onda juri gremline i ostalo ako ih ima.

U zavisnosti od godista vozila negde su dodatni sistemi serijski kod svih, a negde samo kao dodatna oprema.
Recimo EBA je funkcija koju odradjuje ABS, a od 8.2001 se ugradjuje na sve.
ESP takodje odradjuje modul ABS-a, a tu je od 2.2003, a tada je promenjen i sistem za EBA... itd itd

The EBA is deactivated once the pedal pressure drops back below a certain threshold.
This bulletin describes the function of the EBA, and contains information on diagnosis and testing of this auxiliary braking system. Furthermore, it describes possible customer concerns about brake pedal feel, i.e.the possible effects which EBA might have on the brake pedal feel.
This bulletin supersedes the content of TSB 136/2000, which should either be destroyed or suitably marked (e.g.by lines through the pages) to show it is invalid.
Emergency Brake Assist (EBA)
As a further measure to enhance occupant safety, the Mondeo 2001 has been equipped with emergency brake assist (EBA) since 08.2001 (build code 1G) as standard equipment.
Experienced drivers depress the brake pedal very quickly and with great force in the event of an emergency stop. The ABS intervention point is reached very quickly, ensuring the best possible deceleration.
In contrast, less experienced drivers tend to react very quickly to depress the brake pedal, but do not use enough force. Here the ABS is only activated late or not at all. As a result the stopping distance is increased.
Description of operation
Design and operation
The EBA is a hydro-mechanical control system which does not incorporate any electrical components. The speed with which the brake pedal is depressed is the sole criterion for its activation.
An additional valve in the primary piston of the brake master cylinder closes an annular gap if the brake pedal is depressed quickly in a reflex motion. This reduces the effective surface area with which the brake pressure acts on the primary piston. This results in the brake servo immediately delivering 100% assistance and the point at which the ABS intervenes is quickly reached.
The maximum stopping distance for a less experienced driver can be significantly reduced by the emergency brake assist. In an ideal case, a less experienced driver would require the same stopping distance as an experienced driver.
Identification of the brake master cylinder (with/without EBA)
2001 Mondeo is equipped with EBA since 08.2001 (build code 1G). Before this date it was only available as an option in all countries.
In order to identify the brake master cylinder (with/without EBA), an additional sticker with the inscription "EBA" is applied to the brake master cylinder.
WARNING:
Do NOT interchange brake master cylinders with and without EBA. Ignoring this instruction could cause personal injury.
Diagnosis and testing of EBA
Diagnosis and testing of EBA should always be carried out as follows:
Static diagnosis of EBA
Simulate normal braking:
l Start the engine and run for approx.30 seconds.
l Slowly depress the brake pedal with maximum pedal force to just beyond the pressure point.
l Hold the brake pedal in this position for minimum of 10 seconds.
l Release the brake pedal by half of the pedal travel and modulate the pedal (repeated pulse like operation of the brake pedal).
If the resistance in the brake pedal is low (the pedal feels soft), then the system has switched to EBA mode and is OK.This state is normal and does not represent a cause for any repairs to be carried out on the brake master cylinder.
Dynamic diagnosis of EBA (refer also to 'Effect 1' which follows below)
Perform a reflex braking manoeuvre:
l Carry out a road test at a speed of 40 - 50 km/h (25 - 30 mph).
l Perform a reflex braking manoeuvre with low pedal force (wait at least 30 seconds before repeating the test).
l The ABS system should be activated with the aid of the EBA.
l It should be possible to meter the brake pressure at any time.
If the resistance in the brake pedal is low (the pedal feels soft), then the system has switched to EBA mode and is OK. This state is normal and does not represent a cause for any repairs to be carried out on the brake master cylinder.
If only the static diagnosis was successful, then the brake pedal was not depressed rapidly enough during the dynamic diagnosis. If both the static and dynamic diagnosis were unsuccessful, check that the brake servo is working properly before installing a new brake master cylinder (refer to the relevant section in the Mondeo Workshop Manual/TIS-CD).
Possible effects which EBA might have on the brake pedal feel
The following effects (1 to 3) on the brake pedal feel may be caused by the EBA and may lead to customer concerns.
Note:
The following effects 1 - 3 are normal and do NOT mean that repair to the brake master cylinder is necessary. For general information on the diagnosis and testing of the braking system, please refer to the system tests in sub-section 204-00, Mondeo Workshop Manual/TIS-CD.
Note:
All the effects described below are new compared to a vehicle with a standard brake master cylinder (without EBA), but do not affect the braking power.
Effect 1: Feeling that the pedal moves towards the floor
Influence on the brake pedal feel when the brake pedal is operated quickly. If the driver operates the brake pedal quickly, the EBA mode is activated (activation of the EBA by the speed of foot depression on the brake pedal). Because of this, the brake pedal can be pressed far down using low pedal pressure. Despite this, the brake master cylinder produces a very high braking pressure. A feeling that the brake pedal is moving down towards the floor may arise particularly at low vehicle speeds or when the brake pedal is pressed down fast when the vehicle is stationary.
Effect 2: Floating pedal feeling
Change in the brake pedal feel during metering of the brake pedal by the driver, after EBA has been activated (activation of the EBA by the speed of foot depression on the brake pedal or by exceeding the brake servo engage threshold point). If the driver varies the pedal pressure after fast operation (EBA mode activated), without fully releasing the brake pedal, the EBA remains activated, i.e.the brake servo delivers 100% assistance. The pedal feels soft or as if it is floating.
Effect 3: The pedal gives way (longer pedal travel)
Note:
Compared to petrol engined vehicles, longer pedal travel is more noticeable as the vacuum is built up in the brake servo on vehicles with a diesel engine.
On vehicles with EBA (activation of the EBA exceeds the brake servo engage point) under some operating conditions which depend on the prevailing vacuum pressure in the brake servo, it may happen that the brake pedal gives way slightly. This effect occurs when the vehicle is stationary and can easily be confused with an internal leak on a conventional brake master cylinder (without EBA).

Hmmm...zanimljivo, nisam znao za ovo, a primetio sam da kad refleksno brzinski pritisnem papucicu da odreaguje ostro kocenje i mnogo pre zaustavi auto iako nisam stisnuo kocnicu toliko koliko bi trebalo da uspori auto u toj meri, npr desavalo mi se izleti mi kuce neko i ja refleksno na kocnicu i oseti se razlika u odnosu na planirano normalno kocenje.

Pisao sam u mojoj garazi a evo da javim i u ovoj temi kao sto je i red, problem je bio ipak u samom km satu, uzeo drugi, sad je sve ok, normalno se upali lampica na kontaktu i posle ugasi
