Ovo je od Mondea, ne znam da li su motori isti (nemam podatke za focus 2.0):
Thermostat Test - Vehicles with 2.5L, 3.0L engine or 2.0L diesel engine

Remove the thermostat and immerse it in water. Heat the water until it reaches 88o C (190o F). At this temperature the thermostat should begin to open. If it does not begin to open, install a new thermostat.
